Special emphasis is given to care after the surgery. Many complications can be avoided by monitoring the patient's clinical course. Special attention is given to the patient undergoing surgery: Taking parameters, recording complaints, checking the quality and quantity of urine and faeces, regular checks on vigilance and orientation etc... close and documented monitoring is mandatory and spoils safety and security.
